Dr\u017eavljani dr\u017eava \u010dlanica Europske unije mogu slobodno kupovati nekretnine, dok dr\u017eavljani zemalja izvan EU moraju zadovoljiti dodatne uvjete. Izdaje ga zemlji\u0161noknji\u017eni odjel suda i u njemu su navedeni svi relevantni podaci o nekretnini, poput vlasnika, vrsti prava, te eventualnim teretima poput hipoteka ili zalo\u017enih prava. Gra\u0111evinska dozvola izdaje se nakon \u0161to se izradi projektna dokumentacija i obavi potrebna provjera, a bez nje nije dopu\u0161teno zapo\u010deti gra\u0111evinske radove. Izdaje ga nadle\u017ena gra\u0111evinska inspekcija ili upravni organ nakon \u0161to su utvr\u0111eni uvjeti i proveden postupak legalizacije objekta ili dijela objekta koji nije bio uskla\u0111en s prethodnim gra\u0111evinskim dozvolama.
